3. We will inspect the condition of your product within a few days of receiving the package.
4. Get your credit! Once your product has passed our quality test, we will automatically grant your credit.
What is the MOMENTUM TRUE WIRELESS trade-in program?
The MOMENTUM TRUE WIRELESS trade-in program gives our customers the chance to return their MOMENTUM True Wireless 1 to us and, in exchange, receive a credit when they order a new set of MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 headphones. The process is simple and easy, and the return shipment is free.
What condition does my MOMENTUM True Wireless 1 need to be in?
Every trade-in product needs to be completely functional and must have been purchased within the last 12 months. We inspect the incoming items and will tell you if there is a problem with your product.
How long does it take to get my credit?
Once your product has arrived on our premises, we will inspect it within a few days. If there is a problem, we will contact you. If your return shipment passes our quality test, you will automatically receive your credit within a few days. The refund process should not take longer than 7 to 10 working days.
Do I have to pay any shipping costs for the trade-in?
No, we will e-mail you a return label that you can print out and use to return the trade-in product to us for free.
What do I need to do if I have lost my return label?
You can get another return label at any time by opening our e-mail and printing the label again. If you no longer have the e-mail we sent, please contact [email protected]
Can I hand in my trade-in product in person?
No. Please mail us your product for free using the return label.
Can I trade in a product besides the MOMENTUM True Wireless?
No, our trade-in program is limited to only the MOMENTUM True Wireless 1.
What happens if my trade-in product does not pass the quality test?
If your trade-in product does not meet our quality standards or if it is older than 12 months, we will notify you accordingly.
